Anderson DPC attends GlassBuild Expo 2012

2012-10-02 15:01 by admin

On September 12-14 Anderson America exhibited at our first GlassBuild expo in Las Vegas Nevada. Anderson DPC (Print & Graphic Division) had on display 25 new inkjet UV digital prints on glass from their new Cojet Plus+ flat bed digital printer. The Anderson booth had many interested visitors which including leading manufactures in the glass industry.

Traditionally, glass decoration was accomplished by screen print and or inkjet frit ink and then fired onto the glass. New Inkjet ink technology from Anderson, now allows high definition UV inkjet up to 1440 dpi for indoor use. Due to the complexities of handling and decorating glass, the heavy duty Cojet Plus+ is a perfect fit to handle heavy glass.

The high definition 1440dpi print samples attracted a lot of attention and Anderson DPC will continue to attend and work with new companies interested in this new application for inkjet decoration.
