STRATOS FAQ
The Stratos Series is engineered to process a wide range of materials including solid wood, MDF, plywood, particleboard, plastics, honeycomb aluminum, solid surface materials like Corian, and composites. The FANUC servo system and HSK 63 spindle deliver the precision needed for both soft and hard materials.
The SUP/NEST is the compact option with a 124" table ideal for nesting operations. The Stratos Pro is the full-size production router with 146" table and 4 vacuum zones. The Pro 24 extends the bed to 303" for long panels. The Pro XL widens the table to 83" in Y for oversized panels and doors. All Pro models share the same 18 HP spindle and 100 M/min rapid speeds.
All Stratos models run the FANUC 0i controller — the industry standard for CNC machining. FANUC provides rock-solid reliability, precise servo control, and compatibility with all major CAD/CAM software platforms including Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, AutoCAD, and more.

The SUP/NEST offers 8, 10, or 12 position ride-along tool changers. All Pro models come with 10 or 12 positions. Every model includes an HSK 63 clamping system for fast, precise tool changes. Boring block options include 5+5 or 10+7 configurations depending on the model.
